Development workflow
From requirements to production transfer

- Develop and review samples.Evaluate the formula and use the included revision rounds to refine approved performance targets.
- Document the process.Receive the scalable formula, SOPs, sourcing guidance, and process information needed for manufacturing review.
- Prepare for commercialization.Use consultation and manufacturer support to transfer the formula into your production environment.
Testing and scope boundaries
Third-party microbiology, analytical, shelf-life, and specialized testing are billed separately. Travel, on-site consultation, and on-site training are also outside the standard project. Major changes to ingredients, active systems, claims, or manufacturing requirements may require a revised project scope.

Kvalitets- och produktionsgranskning
Under utvecklingen kan prover granskas med avseende på faktorer som pH, Brix, smak, arom, konsistens och produktens övergripande prestanda. Mikrobiologiska, analytiska tester och formella hållbarhetsstudier utförs av tredjepartslaboratorier vid behov och faktureras separat.
Kommersialiseringsstöd

Större förändringar av produktkonceptet, det aktiva systemet, tillverkningsmetoden eller ingrediensplattformen kan kräva en reviderad omfattning.
Avgifter till tredjepartslaboratorier, hållbarhetsstudier, specialiserade analytiska tester, resor och utbildning på plats ingår inte i baspriset för tjänsten.
